 Short term or long term? - 2006/07/31 19:08 When letting a property, which is preferable: the short term tenant, such as students or young professionals, or the more long term tenant such as older people and families?

With the long termers, at least you don't have to worry about looking for new tenants for the property every year or so.

if they would like to sublet the place on their own time..or transfer the lease..its taken care of.



otherwise short term might leave you with more empty spaces?
