 when choosing your property... - 2006/12/05 04:23 take a good look at the market you are buying into..which properties are attracting the largest rents..and which are least vacant. LEAST VANCANT. find property that suits the local rental market.. dont go buying a building that needs a lot of repair..make sure it is low maintenance.

 Re:when choosing your property... - 2007/07/06 07:04 I agree. There is a difference in trying to "spiff" up a place and then trying to "renovate". You never wanna put more work into it that you have to! You will exhaust yourself and not only that, most people that know what the condition of a damaged building was prior to renovation are NOT going to come look at it, no matter how much work you do!
