rox	Re:How many bedrooms? - 2006/10/12 21:56 if you are letting in the downtown / business area...id suggest apartments for singles or couples. most families dont settle in the downtown area. the more residential the neighbourhood gets..the more the bedrooms.

Families are much more likely to settle outside of town and singles or couples with no children are much more likely to settle inside town. I would lean more toward the downtown properties such as small homes and apartments. As time passes I notice more families purchasing homes rather than renting so I feel that if you want to be sure of having your property rented, you should go for the younger generations or the single professionals.
