 Family Finance - 2007/07/18 12:57 My 2 brothers and I are planning on pooling our resources to finance the purchase of some properties for renovation and then to rent out.

I was wondering if any of you have ever worked with family before and if you can offer any advice about what ground rules to set ourselves before going ahead..

Are the sayings true? never work with family?

 Re:Family Finance - 2007/07/31 08:09 Well, I think that the saying is perfect. I don't think that I would ever go into business with any of my family but I do know several who have done this and only had minor issues. I think you need to sit down together and discuss every aspect of the deal and delegate tasks to each person for it to work.
