I need a partner from UK . For several reasons. Most important of which is the marketing.(british are the most serious buyers here in Bulgaria) . Second reason is that Brits trust Brits overseas .
The third reason is I need second opinion in taking decisions - two heads are better...
And the final reason is probably - co-investing . But it is not compulsory.
It would be great if you have a time to come over and see the spot with your eyes. You will see - how I build, how I deal with the simple workers, architects, crafters, municipality authorities ... and much more ....
A coleage of mine HAS such a british partner, in other part of Bulgaria. I was there ands saw with my eyes the scale of the business they atchieve. and all comes from the good cooperation - one is building and running things locally - the other is doing excellent job in marketing in ok.
