At this moment 2005 2006 and so are building new flat complexes that are the best choice of buy-to-let investment not the villas or houses. Flats, summer coastal flats with smaller rent compare to a house or villa. So the clients will be more, I think. The prices of the flats in these new building flat complexes in Bulgaria are still low or low enough to provide good income from rent through the years. The most interesting areas in my opinion are Bansko (mountain resort woth very veryu nice nature you can check this through the internet) and sea resorts and towns like Byala, Varna, Bakchik etc. You will say thet it is to far. Yes it is but it is too beautiful to. Nice nature nice people. About the distance, many real estate companies provide services like taking care for you property, collect the rent and sendig the sum to you bank account, so Bulgaria development is fast and maybe the rught moment to invest in coastal flat complexes is now. I think that most holiday groups tend to be couples, and so they will not be wanting a large house, but just a one-bedroomed place. I have never actually been to Bulgaria, but a friend of mine has.
