This typical Spanish villa with pool and extensive land laid to fruit trees is situated on the outskirts of Salobreña and has wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and the Arabic Castle. Salobreña is a growing town wrapped around a rock crowned with a castle, owing to its strategic location was once an invincible fortress. The surrounding area is a lush fertile valley of tropical vegetation, bordering endless beaches, which in turn borders a beautiful sea. The Arabic past of this town can be sensed on a walk around its steep winding streets with white houses speckled with geraniums. The church is situated near the castle and dates back to the 16th century, inside you will find richly carved wooden paneling and statues from the 16th and 17th century. A half submerged rock in the Mediterranean separates the two main beaches of Salobreña, Penon beach, which is where the majority of services and entertainments are and Guardia Beach, long and wild.

The property can sleep up to 8 people with one double room, one twin and a family room with a double and twin beds. The property is set over two floors, the main entrance to first floor comprising double and twin bedrooms, bathroom, lounge with open fire place, kitchen leading to covered terrace and eating area, leading to pool and BBQ area and other terrace. The ground floor has a separate entrance via a lower terrace and BBQ area and offers family room and bathroom en suite.

Prices are from 300 euros per week to 750 euros per week for two people sharing. There is an additional cost of 20 euros per person per night.  All linen is provided and cots and linen can be provided on request.  The kitchen is equipped with cooker, microwave oven, fridge and washing machine and all cutlery and crockery etc. The lounge offers TV with satellite.Arrival and departure days are flexible and although Saturdays are preferred, other days are accommodated.
