Its not possible to drive a car right up to the property but there is a wide path and parking about 300m away. There are a variety of ways the locals get materials to the area - quad bike, wheelbarrow, donkey etc, they are also willing to lend a hand.

I don't have architects drawing for the work i wanted to do, i was still in discussions with them over that. But i do have the "official plan" they call it the "Topographic" which details the land and area of the property etc. See attached.

There are some legal costs when buying in Greece, and many Greek solicitors speak English. There is also a little tax to pay. Together the 2 costs are a couple of thousand UK pounds.

 Many people have asked me the reason why I am selling the property. Until recently my girlfriend was from Corfu and i spent a lot of time there. I was thinking of slowly moving out there and the renovation project was part of that. My circumstances have changed now, and I won't be moving out there :-( The full address for the Property is

2)No electricity connected, but the mains is available only 2m from the house.
3)Mains water not connected, but available 2 m from house. I have already enquired with the local municipality and both water and electricity will only take a couple of weeks to connect.
