Its not possible to drive a car right up to the property but there is a wide path and parking about 300m away. There are a variety of ways the locals get materials to the area - quad bike, wheelbarrow, donkey etc, they are also willing to lend a hand.

I don't have architects drawing for the work i wanted to do, i was still in discussions with them over that. There are some legal costs when buying in Greece, and many Greek solicitors speak English. There is also a little tax to pay. Together the 2 costs are a couple of thousand UK pounds.

 Many people have asked me the reason why I am selling the property. Until recently my girlfriend was from Corfu and i spent a lot of time there. 2)No electricity connected, but the mains is available only 2m from the house.
3)Mains water not connected, but available 2 m from house. I have already enquired with the local municipality and both water and electricity will only take a couple of weeks to connect.
4)Sewerage - same as water/electricity
6) yes view to Corfu Town, the South East Coast of Corfu Island and across the straits to Mainland Greece. One picture attached.
