I have a property in Venice town (Italy). It is a pretty nice apartment, up to three steps from the ground level. The apartment is very shining and safe.In absolutely NO HIGHT WATER zone, inside the countryside (in the middle of park at Biennale modern art exposiction) but in the some time in front of St. Mark Square (in the St. Mark Habour). Actually I am running it as bed and breakfast,(regoulary license) including a flat for two,three and some time four peaple (flat with double room,sitting room and kitchen, bathroom) plus an elegant double room with privately bathroom.Silk at the wall, wew beam wiew and internet plague connection. There is also (inside the apartment) one more small flat (where I live:big room, kitchenette,bathroom and store room).
