Bathrooms:	Large bathroom with shower, vanity unit, toilet and sink. Seperate wc with toilet and sink.
Kitchen:	Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, convection / microwave oven, extractor, table and chairs, dishwasher, kettle, glassware, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
Living Rooms:	40sqm open plan living room/diner/kitchen with large french windows opening out onto stunning sea views. Two 2 seater sofas, coffee table, dining table with 6 chairs, breakfast table with 4 seats, aircon, colour TV, Satellite TV, DVD, stereo, fan.
Other:	Front of open plan kitchen / diner has large windows which can be folded back maximising the view of Fethiye`s island strewn bay. This area is designed for al fresco dining or simply chilling out.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:	All towels (not pool towels though), linen and bedding included. The apartment will be clean and ready upon arrival. Kaya Estate manage this property and can book additional cleaning, car hire, welcome packs, excurisons etc.

Notes on accommodation
Remote and thermostatically controlled hot and cold aircon units throughout the apartment. Pool area consists of a large terraced area with sun loungers, 50sqm pool and beautiful pine forest backdrop. There is a child safety gate leading to the pool area but parental guidance is recommended.
This property is managed by an experienced local estate - with English speaking staff who can be contacted 24/7. Services include (if requested) transfers and car hire, welcome packs, excursions, maintenance and local advice.

Accessibility
There maybe some restrictions as this penthouse apartment is on the 3rd floor and does involve climbing stairs. There is no wheelchair access.

Outside
Outdoor fully maintained swimming pool is shared between only 14 apartments. Front balcony area off livingroom/kitchen can comfortably cater for 8 people dining or simply admiring the view. Please note the swimming pool is closed from November to mid April.

Coast/Beach
The most photographed beach in Turkey is in Oludeniz with its famous blue lagoon which is stunningly beautiful and ideal from families. Oludeniz is a 25 min drive or 45 min bus journey away. The closest beach is Calis which can be seen from the apartment across Fethiye bay. Calis is a very popular tourist resort and is a 7km drive or can be reach by water taxi form the harbour side. Calis beach is a centre for water sports. The 12km golden beach of Patara is a 45min drive from Fethiye.

Special interest holidays
Marina apartment is just 10 mins walk from the exclusive 5 star Ece Saray Marina hotel and resort, making this an ideal sailing base if you wish to explore the Aegean and Mediterranean turquiose coast of Turkey. If you already have a boat docked in Fethiye this apartment would be an ideal base; Or use as a base for sailing options including daily 12 island tours, 3 day blue cruises or chartering your own boat. All of the above can be arranged through our property management company.

Travel
Dalaman international airport which is the 3rd busiest in Turkey and is open all year round is only 45km from Fethiye. Transfers take 45mins and currently cost £30 for 4 guests sharing and can be booked at time of reservation. Larger groups and car hire availble. The main transfer day is Monday but there are flights daily from the UK to Dalaman. Airlines include Thomas Cook, First Choice, GB Airways, Onur Air, Turkish Airlines, Cyprus Turkish and Thomsons.
Antayla airport is a 2.5hrs transfer.

Ece Saray Marina and seafront 5-10mins walk. Fethiye town centre 10 -15 mins walk. Calis beach 7km, Oludeniz 10km, Hisaronu 8km, KayKoy 7km, Gocek 25km, Dalaman Airport 45km, Saklikent 35km, Kalkan 80km, Kas 100km, Bodrum 2.5hrs drive, Antayla 2.5hrs drive.

Fethiye is the tourist and commercial centre for the region. Amenities include supermarkets, banks, shops, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, cinemas, hospitals etc. Activities available in and around Fethiye include water sports, paragliding, water rafting, Turkish baths, jeep safari`s, pony trekking, blue cruises or simply sunbathing.

Booking notes
Deposit: 20%, non-refundable. Full payment 8 weeks before departure. If less then 8 weeks full payment with booking.
Payment by bank transfer. Additional £100 `holding` deposit (to be paid before holiday) is required to cover any damages and will be refunded within a week of your return home after inspection by property mangement company confirming all is OK. Details of how to pay, and any requests regarding holiday cost/transfers will be answered directly by email/ or telephone.
